Raskelf Lake
Situated near Helperby North Yorks this lake contains real carp to over 25lb but unfortunately many F1 strain carp have been or will be introduced in 2007. The water is controlled by Bradford No.1 AA, the tickets cost around  £44 plus a one off joining fee for senior members of £22 and also there is a charge of £14 which enables you to use a second rod. Horbury Lagoon
Situated at Horbury near Wakefield and can be seen from the M1 motorway. Run by the Wakefield AC this water has produced carp to upper twenties. The fishing is moderate to difficult. The water is controlled by Wakefield AC and the cost of an annual membership is £20.00. http://www.wakefieldac.co.uk/

Kirklees Lagoon
Situated near Brighouse  just off the M62, this water has produced carp to low twenties and rumors of mid twenties are common. There are some beautiful heavily scaled mirrors in this water and there is also a good head of common carp too. The fishing is easy to moderate. For info and tickets contact Mr. J. Wakefield Lagoon
Situated the same as Horbury but on the Wakefield side of the M1. Run by the Wakefield AC this water has produced carp to upper twenties and there are lots of rumours of a thirty.
